01 / Aviation Advisory & Technical Services
For governments and operators of mission-critical aviation assets, technical risk is rarely a single event. It accumulates across configuration changes, maintenance cycles, regulatory shifts, and operational demands. Sustaining a fleet over decades requires structured engagement with all of it.
HWC Aviation Group acts as a neutral integrator and single point of coordination — interfacing with owners, operators, OEMs, approved maintenance organisations, engineering authorities, and specialised system providers. The mandate is the operator's; the work spans every party necessary to execute it.
Structured evaluation of airframe, powerplant, avionics, mission systems, maintenance records, and configuration control. The technical basis for any transaction, transition, or sustainment decision.
End-to-end coordination of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance — including AOG response, vendor selection, and oversight of complex work packages. Programme discipline applied to technical execution.

Engineering documentation, vendor management, and regulatory coordination for STC-driven modifications, mission system installations, and structural conversions. Compliance and capability, advanced together.
Spares strategy, no-go item identification, and AOG-resilient sourcing — paired with structured maintenance processes that move operators from reactive to planned operations.

Across all of it, the deliverable is the same: clarity. Structured findings, transparent recommendations, and the documentation to support every decision downstream.
02 / Special Mission Aircraft
We design and deliver this capability end-to-end — platform-agnostic, mission-driven, and structured around the operator's sovereignty over their own intelligence, surveillance, and response infrastructure.
Platform
Mission Payload
Ground Segment
Sensor, link, and ground segment as one capability — payload integrated for fusion, not parallel operation; the ground where airborne data becomes operational decision.

The platform follows the capability—never the reverse.
03 / Acquisition Advisory

The acquisition of a complex aircraft is rarely a single decision. It is shaped by operational profile, technical condition, regulatory environment, and the long-term economics the asset will commit the operator to. The right choice is technical, commercial, and strategic at once.
We accompany our clients through that entire decision space — from initial requirement through delivery. Independently. Aligned with the operator's long-term interest. From civil utility to special mission roles.
From light piston aircraft through turboprops to long-range jets. Each segment evaluated against the operational profile it will serve — including configurations for special mission roles.
Light operations, training fleets, and entry-level roles where simplicity and lifecycle economy matter most.
Twin-engine platforms for light transport and operational profiles requiring redundancy without turbine cost.
Mid-segment platforms across utility, executive, and specialised roles — including the airframes most frequently configured for airborne ISR.
High-endurance platforms for governments and operators requiring intercontinental reach and extended on-station capability.
Requirement definition and segment scoping. Market research, candidate identification, and engagement with our long-term partner network across manufacturers, brokers, and operators. Remote technical review based on records, logbooks, and configuration data. On-site inspection and structured condition assessment. Documentation preparation — including the specification sheets that form the technical basis of the transaction. Negotiation support, contract review, and acceptance coordination through delivery.
The deliverable, throughout, is documented clarity — the standard our clients receive in every engagement we run.
04 / Method & Posture
Every engagement begins with understanding — what the operator needs to achieve, what constraints frame the decision, and what technical reality the asset presents. From there, the work takes the shape the task requires.
We build the technical picture from what is already known — records, documentation, configuration data, operational history — and extend it through direct engagement where direct engagement is needed. On-site surveys, inspections, and operator conversations are routine elements of our work, scoped to the question at hand.
Findings are translated into structured recommendations. Recommendations into programmes or documents the operator can act on. Every step traceable to the technical basis that justified it.
No two engagements look identical. The structure holds; the depth, the scope, and the sequence follow the mandate.
We hold no platform loyalty and no vendor mandate. Our position between owners, operators, OEMs, maintenance organisations, and engineering authorities is not a stance — it is the structural condition under which we work. Independence is the basis for clarity.
For the operators of mission-critical aviation assets, sovereignty over their own capability is the asset behind the asset. We work to protect and extend that sovereignty — not to substitute for it.
Complex assets generate complex documentation, complex stakeholder constellations, and complex decisions. Our work is to translate that complexity into clarity — structured assessments, transparent recommendations, and the documentation that supports every decision downstream.
